Properties and process:

Fibres: meta & para-aramids (mAR & pAR), pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile (OxPAN), FR acrylic, FR viscose, FR polyester, etc.
Multilayer construction: nonwovens, woven or knitted fabrics (aramid, FR viscose, etc.), scrims (stainless steel, glass, etc.), film or membrane (FR PU, PTFE, AL or reflective aluminized, etc.), foam (FR PU).
Assembly process: needle-punching, lamination, quilting, stitching.
Finishing process: calendering, perforation, chemical treatment (water-repellent, oil-repellent, antibacterial).
Formats: rolls, formats.
